Day 11-Body Rock Challenge
Today I didn't follow body rock's workout instead I hit the gym with a friend. We did about ten minutes on the elliptical. Next we did fifty weighted crunches and ten hanging leg raises. We finished up with an hour and a half of yoga class. So pretty productive day although not intense. I plan to step it up tomorrow since I do not have school for Martin Luther King Jr. day.
