Hardest workout ever
Chin Up – 5 regular and 7 chair assisted
Prisoner Jump Squats – 34reps
Mountain Climbers – 80 reps (each jump counts as 1)
Clapping Push Up – 8 reps
Jump Lunge – 30 reps
Bicycle – 100 reps (each knee to elbow counts as 1)
dips – 26 leg assisted
Forward & Backward Lunge Jump Up (left) – 22 reps
Forward & Backward Lunge Jump Up (right) – 22 reps
Side Crunch (left) – 20 reps
Side Crunch (right) – 20 reps
Burpees – 16 reps
Bicep Curls- 10 reps @ 30 lbs.
Hanging knee raises- 15 reps
I'ma say pretty good workout, and cant wait to go big tomorrow! :)
