The workout today was really short since it was just an exercise challenge; so afterwards I did some cardio and ab exercises.
Day 4
Exercise Challenge- 50 Hanging Knee Raises
This workout involved completing 50 hangings knee raises as fast as you could. My time was 50 reps in one mine and 56 seconds!!!! [00:01:56] :) Afterwards, I did a cardio workout of alternating jumping rope exercises for twenty minutes. Next i completed a set of planks for one minute and twenty seconds. [00:01:20] I finished up with weighted crunches on an exercise ball [100 reps] and reverse crunches[100 reps].
