Day 3- Body Rock Challenge

So this morning around five-ish there was a helicopter flying around outside as well as an ambulance blaring it's sirens no more than 100 feet from my house! Basically, I got up way earlier than usual due to flashing lights and the emphatic whirring of a circling helicopter. Anyway, today's workout was a tough one but I made it through so it was alright.


Day 3
007 Workout (Quantum of Sweat)



  • 1)ONE LEG SKIPPINGmax.reps during 50 second interval
  • 2)ROLL OVER COMMANDO PUSH UPSMax.reps during 50 second interval
  • 3)LOW JUMP ROPE JACKmax.reps during 50 second interval
  • 4)REVERSE PUSH UP & KICK UPmax. reps during 50 second interval

This workout takes 16 minutes and is divided into four 4 minute sequences. Set your timer for 4 rounds and two intervals – 10 seconds and 50 seconds. Your goal is to complete as many reps as you can for each exercise during the 50 second intervals. You will have 10 seconds to write down your reps in between each exercise. In the first sequence you will be doing One Leg Skipping with Jump Rope and Roll Over Commando Push Ups:
  • 1. Skipping on your left leg
  • 2. Roll Over Commando Push Ups
  • 3. Skipping on your right leg
  • 4. Roll Over Commando Push Ups
  • *Two push ups with the two knee tucks count as 1 rep for the Roll Over Commando Push Ups exercise.
My numbers for this workout are probably a little off because it is difficult to count the number of reps as well as keep track of the time intervals. These are the numbers I got however:
  • One Leg Jumps: 58 first round, 79 second round, 70 third round, 76 fourth round
  • Commando Push-ups: 8 first round, 8second round, 8 third round, 8 fourth round
  • Low Jump Jacks: 60 first round, 59 second round, 70 third round, 70 fourth round
  • Reverse Push-up with Kick-up: 16 first round, 17 second round, 15 third round, 14 fourth round
